Over the years, parents asked me if there is a recipe for teaching kids leadership and character education. If there is a way we can shape strong leaders for tomorrow. Over many years of discussions and fine tuning, I have developed a method that has helped many parents like you shape their kids one week at at time.
I call it the P.E.A.R.L. method.
P – Pre-frame,
E – Explain,
A – Ask,
R – Reward
L – Lead. Lead by example.
What I am sharing with you here is not rocket science but this method has enabled many parents like you to be intentional about shaping their kids into fine leaders!
Each week, I will share some guidance about leadership education for your children. You can use it to educate the kids or just use it as a reference. Our goal is to make this easy for you to implement.
The thing about kids is that they are very curious. I call it Curiosity Quotient (CQ). Kids have a very high CQ. They are hungry for information. Together, you and I will feed those hungry minds so they don’t just SUCCEED but to SOAR in life!
